Miller Hendry unveils associate promotions

17th July 2017 | careers

Tayside legal practice Miller Hendry has announced two promotions at its Perth and Dundee offices.

Mhairi Cage becomes an associate in the private client department after nearly seven years with the firm, having started as a trainee in 2010. Based in Miller Hendry's Perth office, she deals with wills, powers of attorney, executries, guardianships, inheritance tax planning, trusts and charities.

Lyndsey Foggarty, who also began as a trainee in 2010, becomes an associate in the commercial department in Dundee. She specialises in commercial property, business purchase and sale, housing association work, farms, forestry and estates. Since 2015, she has also been the module organiser/tutor for the conveyancing module of the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at Dundee University.

Chairman John Thom commented: "I am delighted to congratulate Mhairi and Lyndsey on their well deserved promotions. Both have excellent knowledge and expertise in their respective fields and their promotions underscore Miller Hendry's commitment to developing talent and growing our services to ensure clients receive specialist legal advice of the highest quality."
