NQ and trainee investment at Aberdein Considine

3rd January 2019

Aberdein Considine appointed four newly qualified solicitors and hired seven new trainees across its office network as part of its wider investment programme in 2018, the firm said today.

The new solicitors are Danny Anderson and Jamie Guyan (both Aberdeen), Megan Hannah (Glasgow) and Stevie Kelman (Banchory and Stonehaven). They completed their traineeships in a range of disciplines, including corporate and commercial, dispute resolution, employment law, family law, conveyancing and banking litigation.

The trainees are Paul Flecher-Herd, Amy Brown (both Edinburgh), Hazel MacGregor, Laura McMillan, Sophie Brown (all Aberdeen), Scott Bell (Stonehaven) and Sarah Lambert (Newcastle).

Durint the year the firm also recruited a number of new partners, associates and solicitors in the Corporate, Dispute Resolution, Lender Services and Private Client teams.

Managing partner Jacqueline Law commented: "We’re extremely proud of our newly qualified solicitors who have all demonstrated incredible energy, enthusiasm and professionalism during their traineeships.

"Our trainees are also of the highest calibre, and it’s reassuring to know that there is a great deal of talent coming through to help support our clients as we continue to grow.

"Whilst we’re also extremely pleased to have hired a number of highly respected and experienced legal professionals throughout the year, investing in the future is vital and we look forward to supporting the progress of our trainees, and providing opportunities for many more next year."
