Pinsent Masons acquires diversity consultants

5th June 2017

International law firm Pinsent Masons has acquired diversity and inclusion (D&I) consultants Brook Graham for an undisclosed fee, it was announced today.

The acquisition will enable Brook Graham, which specialises in the strategic management of D&I in global companies, to expand into new sectors and territories, and the combined business to offer a more holistic approach to developing commercially and legally sustainable solutions for creating more diverse and inclusive workplaces.

Pinsent Masons recently acquired a minority stake in "New Law" start-up business Yuzu, and also has a majority stake in cloud-based compliance venture Cerico. It is also the top-ranked professional services firm in Stonewall's Workplace Equality Index and is named in The Times' Top 50 Employers for Women.

Senior partner Richard Foley commented: "We take a holistic view of the challenges that our clients face and have a successful track record of investing in businesses that have the potential to help our clients overcome these. Brook Graham is a scalable business with a strong reputation and an impressive client base to match."

Jacey Graham, co-founder of Brook Graham added: "Pinsent Masons has a reputation for innovation and the mindset for driving positive change that we need in order for the business to continue moving from strength to strength."
