Private client partner promotion at Lindsays

3rd July 2017 | careers

Legal firm Lindsays has announced that Peter Murrin has been promoted to partner in the private client team in its Glasgow office.

Mr Murrin joined the firm in May 2016 as an associate and has significant experience in providing advice to individuals, families and businesses on private client matters, including estate administration, commercial and personal succession planning, wills and powers of attorney, guardianship orders, the formation of trusts, and adults with incapacity law. He has a particular specialism in relation to personal injury trusts. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is accredited as a specialist by the Law Society of Scotland in private client tax and trusts law.

Alasdair Cummings, managing partner at Lindsays, commented: “We are pleased to welcome Peter to the partnership. It is a reflection of his commitment since joining the team and his practical knowledge and specialist experience in this area of law. We look forward to working with him to continue to grow our private client offering in Glasgow."
