Public Guardian fees increase from next month
All fees payable to the Public Guardian are to increase from 25 April 2018, under new regulations just made.
Scottish Statutory Instrument 2018/86 also sets the fees payable from 1 April 2019 and 1 April 2020.
The fee for submitting a power of attorney document or a deed of amendment will increase to £77 from 25 April, and by a further £2 in each of the following two years.
