Senior associate appointment at Morton Fraser

Legal form Morton Fraser has appointed Stephen Clark as senior associate to its Corporate Law team.

Dual qualified in English and Scots law, Mr Clark brings 12 years’ experience in corporate law to Morton Fraser. Previously with Morisons, which went into administration a week ago, his expertise covers a range of corporate law disciplines with a particular focus on equity investment and high-growth companies. He will be based in Morton Fraser's Edinburgh office.
