Series of new faces join DAC Beachcroft

DAC Beachcroft Scotland, the insurance litigation and dispute resolution legal firm, has announced a series of hires to its Glasgow and Edinburgh offices.

Beverley Atkinson, who joins from Brodies, has been appointed as an associate heading its professional indemnity team in Edinburgh, while Annis Mackay, formerly with bto, joins as an associate in the large loss team.

Sarah Ennis and Caitlyn Maccabe (both formerly at Thompsons) have been appointed solicitors in the firm's casualty and disease teams respectively; Karen Railton (previously with the Robert Kerr Partnership) is now a senior solicitor in regulatory; Eoin Quinn and Stephanie Hood (who both join from Harper Macleod) become solicitors to the motor team; Iain Franklin (formerly Shepherd & Wedderburn) joins as solicitor to the property risk team; and Colin Atherton (formerly Brodies) is a solicitor with the real estate team.

In addition, Casey Thompson (motor) and Kirsty Denham (disease) have been promoted to associate.
