Stronachs appoints banking partner

23rd January 2015 | careers

Legal firm Stronachs has appointed Mark Brady as a partner in its Aberdeen headquarters.

Mr Brady, who joins the firm’s corporate team, specialises in banking and finance and will work with partner Neil Forbes. He moves from Bond Dickinson, where he was a senior associate. He has also previously worked for Maclay Murray & Spens.

Stronachs' managing partner David Rennie commented: “Following a strong 2014 for the firm, with a string of enviable deals completed, I am delighted that the firm continues to demonstrate its commitment to growth, with Mark being the fifth senior lateral hire of late.”

Mr Forbes added: “Mark has a strong reputation as a banking lawyer in Aberdeen and beyond and brings valuable expertise and a capability to the firm which complements our existing specialisms."

Stronachs LLP, which has offices in Aberdeen, London and Inverness, is now one of the few independent law firms owned, managed and operated from the north east of Scotland providing legal and commercial advice across the UK and on an international basis.
