Three partners lead promotions round at bto

Three new partners, and four new associates including a lateral hire, have been named in a round of promotions at BTO solicitors

David Young of the commercial litigation team, Scott Wyper in corporate and Claire White of the personal injury team have all been promoted to partner.

Advanced to associate are Ross Brown in private client, Cara Docherty of the professional discipline and clinical defence team, and Michael Collins of the insurers’ representation team. In addition, Nicola McCluskie, who specialises in property transactions acting for developers in the commercial and residential sectors, has joined BTO's real estate team as an associate from Brodies.
