Two weeks to go on SCJC family action consultation

Solicitors and others interested in the Scottish Civil Justice Council’s consultation on the case management of family and civil partnership actions have two weeks left to respond.

The SCJC has issued a reminder about its consultation, which seeks views on proposals to improve the case management of family and civil partnership actions in the sheriff court, particularly in order to prevent undue delay in proceedings relating to the welfare of children.

All those with an interest in family and civil partnership actions in the sheriff court are invited to respond.
