Vialex adds to legal and transaction services strength

25th June 2018 | careers

Legal services firm Vialex has announced a number of appointments as it expands its advisory work and its transaction services team.

The Edinburgh-based practice has hired Katie Corrigan as head of Real Estate, a newly-created position. She joins from Brodies, where she spent three-and-a-half years as an associate, before which she worked at Tods Murray for 10 years.

Also joining Vialex is Catriona Melton, who has been appointed a senior legal adviser, specialising in data protection. She was previously in-house counsel with Hymans Robertson and before that worked in a similar role at Aegon UK.

Among the hires into the firm's transaction services team is Zoe Fowlie, who trained and qualified with Gillespie Macandrew.

Keith Dinsmore, chief operating officer and head of Transaction Services, commented: “We are delighted to welcome these latest additions to Vialex’s growing team.

“These appointments demonstrate our ambition to grow and develop other specialist service lines in response to our clients’ needs.”
