Adam Swayne
Adam regularly advises individuals and their families on a broad range of private client matters, with a particular focus on the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, and the creation, administration and taxation of Trusts. As a dual qualified solicitor (Scotland and England/Wales), Adam is able to act for clients who have interests both North and South of the border.
Adam joined Murray Beith Murray as a trainee in September 2017 after graduating from the University of Edinburgh and is a fully qualified solicitor. Adam is recognised as a Recommended Lawyer by The Legal 500 UK.
