Ahsan Mustafa

Senior Associate
Aberdein Considine LLP

Ahsan Mustafa is a senior associate in the Banking Litigation team within the wider Lender Services Practice Group at Aberdein Considine LLP. He is an accredited specialist in debt and asset recovery.
 
He acts for major UK banks, lenders, and financial institutions on complex volume debt and asset recovery, banking disputes, enforcement actions, and personal and corporate insolvency matters. Ahsan advises on litigation strategy, reputational risk, and compliance with consumer credit and financial conduct regulations.
 
Beyond client work, Ahsan is actively involved in the wider legal community. He serves as an elected Council Member for Glasgow and Strathkelvin, sits on the Board of the Law Society of Scotland, contributes to the Civil Justice Committee and Consumer Law Sub-Committee, and is a two-time Council Member of the Royal Faculty of Procurators in Glasgow. He is also Vice Chair of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of the Law Society of Scotland and has provided evidence to the Scottish Parliament on legal reform.
