Alan Eadie

Alan Eadie is a Partner at DAC Beachcroft Scotland LLP - a seasoned litigator who has specialised in professional negligence work for over 25 years.

Alan has a strong track record of acting for the Master Policy insurers in dealing with solicitors’ negligence claims. He is equally well known for defending a range of other professionals including accountants, surveyors, educational institutions, architects, engineers and other construction professionals, both directly and on the instructions of their professional indemnity insurers.

As well as dealing with litigated disputes, Alan is a qualified mediator. He regularly represents clients in mediations and is actively involved in training on both ADR and risk management. He is also a member of the Law Society’s Insurance Committee.
