Amanda is the co-head of the Global Finance and Lending legal team for the Investment Bank at Deutsche Bank, managing a team of around 45 banking and structured finance lawyers. She has been a lawyer at the Bank for over 19 years, after having spent 8 years in the London and New York offices of Clifford Chance. She has been a member of the In-House Committee of the Law Society of England and Wales for around 7 years, chairing the Committee since last October.
