Andrea Challis

Andrea has been a partner at McElroys since 2000, and in practice for 30 years.  The firm acts predominantly in the insurance litigation field, with a key part of Andrea’s practice representing professionals in many disciplines, including solicitors, barristers, accountants, real estate agents, valuers, engineers and architects.  Such claims will invariably involve allegations of breach of duty whether they be contractual, tortious or fiduciary.  Andrea also represents professionals who face disciplinary complaints as well as acting for directors and officers facing claims for breaches of their statutory duties under the Companies Act.
