Andrew Forsyth

Andrew is a partner in the Burness Paull Dispute Resolution team. He works with corporates, public sector clients and their insurers in representing their interests in court proceedings. He has significant experience in defending personal injury claims from the marine, energy, utilities and construction industries. These are often high value and complex disputes involving contractual, indemnity, international conventions and cross-border issues.

He also specialises in maritime claims, insurance coverage advice and disputes, and transport law.
