Andrew has practised for over 20 as a commercial litigator, with a particular focus on contentious insolvency matters. He is qualified in both Scotland and England & Wales and has advised public sector bodies and private sector entities across a wide range of commercial disputes and insolvency related issues. He regularly advises clients on their contractual obligations and represents them in proceedings before the courts. He attained the Institute of Chartered Accountants' Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency in 2004 and is an accredited specialist in Insolvency Law with the Law Society of Scotland.
