Bethany commenced her LL.B in Law with English Law and European Legal Studies at the University of Aberdeen in 2019, spending a year abroad at KU Leuven, Belgium. She graduated with First Class Honours in 2024, completed the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice with Distinction in 2025.
