Brian Wong
Brian specialises in disputes and risk advice on matters of public law, inquiries and investigations and technology. His extensive experience includes complex dispute resolution including mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, in regulatory tribunal hearings and public inquiries and in court proceedings at every level of the civil courts.
He advises and leads on a range of matters, in particular in the transport sector (road, rail, ports and integrated transport issues), utilities sector (including water), judicial review, health and safety, technology and product regulation and competition issues. He has in-house legal experience from secondments in both the private sector (financial services) and public sector (transport authority). He co-chairs the firm’s Transport Technology group and is an expert on emerging regulation for new transport modes and technologies including AI on which is a regular industry speaker.
Brian plays a lead role in our Dispute Resolution team, working with colleagues to help clients arrive at the right solution to their issue, minimising impact and maximising success. He is supported by our extensive Dispute Resolution practice with a proven track record in the highest-profile cases and cross-border, multi-sector expertise.
He is qualified to practise law in England and Wales.
