Catherine Brys

PhD(Eng) MBA, Customer Experience & Strategy Consultant

Catherine is a Customer Experience Designer, Change Manager and Strategy Analyst with a 20+ year career. As an independent coach, facilitator and consultant she has worked with individuals and teams to help them achieve more impact. Catherine is passionate about helping firms design and deliver excellent client experiences. In particular, she has worked extensively with Inksters to help them ensure they provide clients with a uniformly high standard of customer service. Catherine is the author of "The Most Rewarding Way to Improve Profitability — How to create excellent customer experiences”.

Catherine has an MBA from Strathclyde Business School and PhD in Applied Sciences from the University of Ghent, Belgium. She is also qualified and accredited as a good relations practitioner (by the Centre for Good Relations) and as a negotiation and conflict resolution professional (by Strathclyde University).
