Chloe Kennedy

Chloe is a Senior Manager in Deloitte's Legal Management Consulting practice, bringing over 8 years of experience delivering complex, end-to-end digital transformation programmes across law firms and corporate legal departments globally. Her work spans a wide range of industries, helping legal functions modernise their operations, improve service delivery, and build lasting capability around technology adoption.

She has a legal background, graduating with an LLB. Honours and starting her career in digital transformation within a law firm’s legal technology practice. Chloe specialises in the selection, design, and implementation of Enterprise Legal Management systems, with particular depth in matter management, legal front door, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions. She has guided clients through the full transformation journey - from developing technology roadmaps, through to hands-on implementation and change management. 

Combining technical and transformation experience with cultural change management, Chloe is a trusted voice on how legal departments can overcome resistance and embrace technology as a strategic enabler.
