Craig Christie

Craig Christie, Solicitor, joined Drummond Miller LLP’s Glasgow office in May 2018. He studied at the University of Aberdeen where he obtained his Honours and Masters Degree in Law. He qualified in 2017 having trained solely in personal injury litigation with one of Scotland’s leading law firms in this field. He is a part of the litigation team with a focus on personal injury and clinical negligence claims.

He has handled and succeeded in a wide range of personal injury cases in the All-Scotland Personal Injury Court, several Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session including road traffic accidents; occupier’s liability; accidents at work; claims against public authorities; product liability and industrial disease claims. He also specialises in pursuing claims relating to historic child and sex abuse.

He also pursues a wide variety of complex and novel clinical negligence claims including claims against GPs, surgeons, nurses, care workers and dentists. He also has experience in pursuing professional negligence claims against solicitors and actions for interdict.
