Damien is an expert on the application of technology within the legal sector. His focus is on delivering valuable solutions to business problems faced by colleagues and clients.

He works closely with colleagues across all areas of the firm to identify where technology can enable business change and improvement. He is a passionate believer that technology is only part of the solution, however, and works on adoption and change management whenever tech is applied to the business of law.

Damien is leading our innovation initiative and the transition to Smart Working, as well as our information security and cybersecurity programmes.
