David Cargill is a senior corporate counsel with 14 years’ experience at a global organisation, having worked across Scotland, England, Romania, and France. His role has included a global legal remit, managing cross-border legal teams, supporting international projects, and engaging with government stakeholders. He has also been actively involved in Brexit preparations and post‑Brexit operations and has experience supervising legal trainees internationally.
