Dr Jacqueline Kinghan
Jacqueline Kinghan is a Professor of Law and Social Change at the University of Glasgow School of Law. She holds a PhD from Goldsmiths, University of London, an LLM from Harvard Law School and an LLB from the University of Edinburgh. Jacqueline oversees the clinical legal education programme at the Glasgow Open Justice Centre, is Co-Director of the Emma Ritch Law Clinic and a Co-Convenor of the AHRC Centre for People's Justice. She was called to the Bar in England and Wales in 2007 and has experience in public law and human rights. Her research addresses legal aid, legal education and legal mobilisation. Jacqueline has worked closely with civil society organisations across the UK and internationally in developing and measuring the impact of their legal strategies.
