Dr Jenn Glinksi

National Policy Lead for Economic Abuse
Scottish Women's Aid

Dr Jenn Glinski has spent over 10 years working in research, policy and educational roles in the field of violence against women. She has a PhD from the University of Glasgow and an LL.M. in International Human Rights Law. Jenn’s PhD research examined economic abuse, the costs of separation and the support available for victim-survivors in Scotland. Alongside her role as PhD candidate, she was an economic abuse consultant, delivering training, research and strategic advice to organisations and companies across the UK. Jenn has developed expertise in economic abuse and banking after undertaking key research collaborations with NatWest/RBS and a secondment to Lloyds Banking Group. She is the National Policy Lead for Economic Abuse at Scottish Women’s Aid.
