Elaine MacGlone
Elaine MacGlone, Equality and Diversity Manager. Elaine qualified as a solicitor in 1994, and has worked in equality and diversity at the Society for around eight years. This has included working in a team to complete the Profile of the profession reports in 2013 and 2018 and developing advice and information for the profession and others which includes managing flexible working and preventing bullying and harassment in the workplace.
