Dr Helen Taylor
Dr Helen Taylor is the Deputy Director of the UK-based charity Spotlight on Corruption. She leads the organisation’s court monitoring programme, tracking major cases relating to the enforcement of the UK’s anti-corruption laws and anti-money laundering regime.
Helen previously worked at the Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Allegations of State Capture, Corruption and Fraud in South Africa, and has also clerked at the South African Constitutional Court. Helen completed her DPhil in Law at the University of Oxford.
