Helena Siebenrock

Trainee Solicitor
CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP

Originally from Germany, Helena Siebenrock is a trainee solicitor at CMS UK. She began her training contract in the tech, media, and intellectual property team at the CMS Edinburgh office, followed by a second seat in the commercial team (tech, media, and telecommunications) at CMS CEE’s Budapest office. Currently, Helena is undertaking her third seat on client secondment with a major tech company in London.

Helena holds an undergraduate law degree from the University of Aberdeen, an LLM in Technology Law, and an MA in Transnational Law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa. She also completed the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh. Helena is a founding team member of ProBonoSkills.com, an online platform delivering bespoke training sessions for students engaged in pro bono work. In recognition of her commitment to access to justice, she was awarded the Diana Award in 2023.

Helena has a keen interest in technology, media, and intellectual property law, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence. Her MA thesis explored the regulation of the environmental impact of AI, with special attention to the EU AI Act.
