Iain Doran

Iain is a consultant in the Real Estate group and specialises in commercial property development.

He has built an arbitration practice on property disputes, especially concerning rent reviews and also practises in the field of Stamp Duty Land Tax, Land and Buildings Transaction Tax, VAT and other property taxes. Iain has been a member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Tax Committee for around 20 years.

Iain is featured in the Legal 500’s ‘Hall of Fame’ of Scottish Commercial Property lawyers.
