Jamie Yule

Jamie is a solicitor within the commercial disputes team at Shepherd and Wedderburn. He has a particular focus on health and safety and licensing matters, and also deals with a wide range of commercial disputes before the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. Jamie and the licensing team have been advising clients on the implementation of the Short Term Let Licence regime, as well as assisting with the preparation of applications across a number of local authorities.
