Julie Millen

Millen Solicitors

Julie Millen is the founder of Millen Solicitors based in Glasgow. Julie studied law at Glasgow University graduating with honours in 1993 and completing the Diploma in Legal Practice in 1994. Julie was admitted as a solicitor in 1995. After 10 years as a partner in a high street firm, Julie sought a different focus and founded her own firm in 2010. From the outset, the ethos of the firm was to provide specialist support to clients, families, parents, grandparents, and children, in times of crisis or uncertainty, and at varying stages of their respective lives. The firms focus on family law and on Wills, Power of Attorneys and Executries allows families to gain specialist advice throughout their lives with continuity of advisor. Julie is a member of Solicitors for Older People Scotland, on behalf of whom she regularly delivers advisory workshops to community and other groups on legal issues which participants may face in later life.
