Katy Wedderburn

Katy advises on all aspects of employment law, from dismissal, discrimination and pay to terms and conditions of employment. Her work includes dealing with alleged whistleblowing claims, redundancy and team re-organisations and discrimination claims in the Employment Tribunal. Katy regularly represents clients in the Employment Tribunal and conducts Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) appeals.

Katy is accredited as a specialist in Employment Law by The Law Society of Scotland, and is a member of the Employment Law Association (UK) and the Employment Law Group (Scotland). She also regularly presents to solicitors about employment law and discrimination, and recently recorded a Discrimination Webinar for The Law Society of Scotland solicitors.
