Keith Hamilton

Based in our Edinburgh office, Keith joined Johnston Carmichael from Heineken in January 2023 as Legal Counsel and Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance (“GRC”).

After a career in industry where he gained invaluable commercial experience, Keith qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and has a broad range of private practice and in house legal experience in commercial litigation, risk, corporate and personal insolvency and commercial contracts.

Keith leads our GRC team, supporting our people across the firm to ensure we meet our legal and regulatory requirements.

Outside of work Keith is a keen golfer and is a member of the West Course at North Berwick.
