Sheriff Keith O'Mahony

Sheriff
Stirling Sheriff Court

Keith O’Mahony is a graduate of Glasgow University. His career started in private practice and he went on to work for two different local authorities. In 2001 he joined COPFS where he worked in various roles including the precognition of ‘cold’ cases. In 2014 he was appointed an Advocate Depute and prosecuted a wide range of cases in the High Court. He was appointed Summary Sheriff to the Sheriffdom of Tayside, Central and Fife in 2018 and Sheriff in 2020. He has been a resident sheriff at Stirling since 2021.
