Ken Dalling

Founder
Dalling Solicitors

Ken joined Council in December 2010 having qualified as a solicitor in 1988. He represents the Alloa, Falkirk, Linlithgow and Stirling constituency.

He is the Convener of the Client Protection Sub-Committee.

Since 2003 he has been secretary to the Society of Solicitors and Procurators of Stirling, and he is the former Dean of the society. He is a member of the court user group of the Sheriff Appeal Court as well as that of Stirling Sheriff Court.

Ken has over 30 years’ experience as a solicitor in private practice, encompassing conveyancing, executry and private client work including personal injury claims as well as his own firm’s core areas of criminal and civil court work including child law.
