Kenny Robertson

Head of Innovation & Technology, Legal & Regulatory Affairs
NatWest

Kenny is the Head of Innovation and Technology in the Legal & Regulatory Affairs department at Natwest.

He previously led the Outsourcing, Technology & IP legal team, having joined the bank in 2006 following roles in private practice and as sole in-house counsel at a technology company. He is heavily involved in the role of emerging technology in the practise of law, is an Innovation Coach at Law Without Walls and was elected as a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management.

Kenny has been Chair of the Wellbeing Steering Group since its inception. He is actively involved in promoting the value of strong leadership in the wellbeing space, with a goal of developing a positive culture which supports both people and performance. Building a culture of trust, psychological safety and teamship, where lawyers can thrive, has been central to his work at Natwest.
