Kristin Einarsdóttir Scobie

Chief Clinical Officer
Kara Connect

Kristin Einarsdóttir Scobie is an international mental health advocate and project leader specialising in employee wellbeing. With a background in therapy, global public health, race, ethnicity and conflict studies, Kristin brings a deep understanding of psychosocial support and resilience-building for employees in high-stress environments.

As the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) at Kara Connect, Kristin leads the organisation's commitment to clinical excellence, overseeing preventative and health promotional services. She provides strategic leadership, standardising clinical protocols, supervising professional teams, and ensuring consistency in service delivery. Kristin also drives the recruitment and onboarding of top clinical talent while fostering a collaborative work environment aligned with Kara Connect’s Nordic values of inclusivity and innovation.

Her work focuses on sustainable and accessible mental health solutions, creating safe and supportive spaces for individuals and teams in demanding contexts. Through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and programme development, Kristin plays a pivotal role in shaping Kara Connect’s wellbeing goals and maintaining its position as a leader in employee support services.
