Kushal Gandhi is a Partner in the Finance Disputes team at CMS London, specialising in high-value, complex, and cross-border finance disputes. With extensive experience in litigation and international arbitration, Kushal is known for his reliability, knowledge, and effectiveness in delivering results for his clients.

Kushal regularly assists clients with developing risk mitigation strategies and obtaining emergency relief from courts and tribunals. 

Kushal’s practice includes contentious insolvency. Kushal also regularly works alongside deal teams and assists in navigating complex negotiations and developing risk mitigations in transaction structures and related documents.

Kushal has also spent time working in the in-house legal team at a major investment bank in London and being seconded to an asset manager and the LCIA.
