Lianda Barnes

Lianda joined the firm in 2003 after graduating LLB (Hons) from the University of Dundee. She holds a Masters degree in Criminal Justice and Human Rights from the University of Aberdeen, and her Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Dundee.

Whilst specialising in motorcycle accident claims in Scotland, Lianda has a wide range of experience of dealing with serious injuries arising from accidents at work, road traffic and fatal accident cases, as well as dealing with public and occupier's liability claims.

Lianda is experienced in dealing with cases in both the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session. She is a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in personal injury law. She is also a notary public
