I work as part of the Vialex Legal Counsel Service Team, predominantly delivering IP and general commercial advice to our clients. Although IP and contract law are my key areas of interest, I also regularly advise clients on data protection compliance, marketing and advertising regulation, consumer protection and e-commerce, supply and licensing of software and agency and distribution arrangements.

Working with clients and delivering advice to them in the way that we do in the Vialex Legal Counsel Service Team means that we are learning every day, both from a legal and a business perspective, as we help our clients work through the interesting and varied challenges that their business faces. Gaining an in-depth understanding of each client’s ethos and goals, as well as the pressures on the business, allows us to provide a responsive service that is tailored to each client’s requirements.

Our clients are great to work with, and for me, having the opportunity to work as part of a supportive and experienced team with exciting and growing businesses and never knowing where your day might take you, is the most enjoyable aspect of working within the Vialex Legal Counsel Service Team.
