Lynne is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in both family law and child law. She provides expert advice in relation to a wide range of family law matters including separation and divorce, domestic abuse, financial support (aliment) for spouses and children, pre and postnuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, cohabitation claims on separation or death, and all child law matters including contact and residence disputes, relocation, children’s hearings, social work referrals and adoption and permanence cases.

Lynne is regularly appointed by various courts to act as Child Welfare Reporter or Curator in disputed cases involving the welfare of children, and as Reporting Officer and Curator in adoption and permanence cases.
