Mandy Aulak

Solicitor in England and Wales, Director and Co-Founder
Talem Law

Mandy co-founded Talem Law, a virtual boutique law firm in 2017. She practices in Employment Law and Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND). Mandy’s 20 plus year career encompasses working in both private practice for magic circle and international law firms as well as in-house roles at blue-chip organisations. Mandy co-founded Talem Law in order to work around her own child who has SEND. Due to her personal experiences, she has a particular interest in disability in both the classroom and the workplace. In the recent past, she has spoken to the media on topics including autism, SEND, disability discrimination and reasonable adjustments. She has previously delivered training on behalf of a MBL Seminars, a leading trainer in learning and development for professional services firms. She serves as a governor on the Board of Governors for a special school in Essex for pupils with severe and complex needs and autistic pupils. Mandy co-leads a session on EDI for TCPD Module 1.
