Marco Imperiale is the founder and managing director of Better Ipsum, a benefit corporation dedicated to providing innovative services to law firms, institutions, and corporate legal departments. 

He has extensive expertise in legal design, legal technology, and sustainability, with a strong commitment to fostering innovation within the legal profession. In addition to his legal work, he is a mindfulness trainer and serves as President of the UIA Wellbeing Committee. 

Marco holds degrees from the University of Bologna and Harvard Law School (LL.M. ’16). At Harvard, he served as a visiting researcher and taught legal design at the Graduate School of Design. He has authored more than 40 articles on various legal topics and has delivered over 100 lectures, talks, and keynote speeches worldwide.
