Marika Franceschi

Meet Marika Franceschi, the founder of our firm.  Admitted as a solicitor in 2003, Marika is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law with over 20 years of experience in the field.

Her knowledge and experience in complex financial cases are widely recognised and she is often called upon to act as a family law consultant to other professional advisers working with family businesses or generational wealth.   As a fluent Italian speaker, Marika is well-equipped to assist individuals and businesses with cross-border legal issues between Scotland and Italy.

Marika’s reputation for effective collaboration precedes her. She is a Collaboratively trained lawyer, passionate about resolving family disputes out of court. Marika works tirelessly to promote her clients’ interests, enabling them to agree their own settlements wherever possible.

Clients come to Franceschi Family Law at a time in their lives when things can feel out of control and the way forward is not clear.  Marika understands that what is needed during this time is clarity and empathy.  Clients are reassured by her straight-talking approach, making a challenging time less daunting.  It is through her warmth and compassion that she empowers her clients to navigate the complexities of family law with confidence.
