Mona Vadher

Mona Vadher is Executive Director of Programmes at MCG Consulting, supporting purpose-led organisations across strategy, leadership, culture and organisational development. She is a passionate advocate for social equity and youth empowerment, with over 15 years’ experience across higher education, the nonprofit sector, government and financial services. Mona has designed and led transformative programmes that strengthen confidence, employability and progression for young people and underrepresented communities. At the City of London Corporation, she led a government-commissioned project to establish a taskforce focused on improving socio-economic diversity at senior levels across UK financial and professional services. She is also former CEO of LMP Action CIC, where she developed mentoring, skills and personal development programmes for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Alongside her work with MCG, Mona is Founder of M|V Consulting, a trustee at ReachOut and a Governor at John Dewey Specialist College.
