Neil is a technology lawyer in the Outsourcing, Technology and IP team at the Royal Bank of Scotland in Edinburgh. Outside of the Bank, Neil is an active member of the O Shaped Lawyer working group. The Group's purpose is to make the legal profession better by seeking to change how lawyers are trained and developed and to encourage a more human centric approach to the legal profession. Prior to joining the Royal Bank of Scotland, Neil spent six years working for a major law firm in Sydney, Australia.
