Nick Marshall

Nick is a private client solicitor based in our Aberdeen office. He has vast experience in advising clients on a wide range of legal matters, including: wills; powers of attorney; executries (probate); trusts; asset protection; and succession and tax planning. He is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is dual-qualified in Scots law and the law of England and Wales, allowing him to advise clients with cross-border interests. Additionally, Nick holds the STEP advanced certificate in cross border estates, covering various matters relating to European and International succession.

He is the trusted legal adviser for a wide variety of clients and prides himself on using his technical expertise to provide clear, practical solutions to important, often complex, legal matters. Nick regularly speaks at events on topical private client issues and currently sits on the fundraising board of a large national charity.
