Paul Mosson
Paul is the Executive Director of Member Services and Engagement at the Law Society of Scotland and also an ADHD Works inhouse Executive Coach. At the Law Society he is focussed on representing and supporting Scottish solicitors in matters of practice and ethics, and delivering services to enable the sector to flourish. As an inhouse ADHD Executive Coach with ADHD Works, where he was trained and certified, Paul’s goal is to help others manage ADHD characteristics so that they may avoid, mitigate or better address the challenges he faced.
Paul has an unwavering commitment to wellbeing, having led the establishment of Lawscot Wellbeing in 2018, fairness, equality, diversity and inclusion, and stamping out prejudice. As chair of its fairness, equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement (FREDIE) group, he has led the Law Society to being accredited as a Leader in Diversity and ranked 84th out of 100 Most Inclusive UK Workplaces by the National Centre for Diversity. While striving to be a champion for all aspects of FREDIE, through his lived experience Paul has a personal aspiration to be a visible neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ role model so that he may help others be their true selves wherever they are.
Paul can often be found cycling the country lanes or walking his two dogs on the beaches of East Lothian.
